 If you believe this video — and that’s a big if — the era of thought-controlled phones has begun. A pair of hobbyist hackers claim to have taken Siri, the iPhone 4S feature that obeys voice commands, and turned it into an app that obeys brainwave patterns.
“It works! It really works! It’s so freaking amazing,” Josh Evans and Ollie Hayward announced Tuesday on the blog they created to chronicle what they call “Project Black Mirror.”
In the accompanying YouTube video, Evans wears EEG pads on his forehead and squints in concentration. A circuit board attached to an iPhone on the table beeps shortly later, and a mechanical voice says “calling Graham,” the third member of the project, whose phone then rings.
The hackers explain that they used the EEG pads to record the “signature brain patterns” of 25 Siri-based commands. By pairing the signatures with the commands, they effectively create a brain pattern-to-voice dictionary.
 Though it is not clear when iPhone 5 will be released, we have been hearing all kinds of rumours about the phone and not a single day goes without an irrelevant rumors that pass by.
However, a little birdie revealed that the Apple’s iPhone 5 could be thinner and wider than iPhone 4. this is however based on the photos that were published on the Italian blog MacityNet. The photos revealed not the iPhone, but the purported iPhone 5 case. It may not be true that Apple is really considering increasing iPhone’s size from what it is right now.
AT &T and LG have teamed up to announce a new LG Thril 4G smartphone which is re-branding version of the LG Optimus 3D smartphone.
The LG Thrill 4G is claimed to be the first smartphone in the U.S. to feature a “glasses-free” 4.3-inch stereoscopic 3D display plus 4G speed capability on the nation’s fastest mobile broadband network. The power of the 3D smartphone is booted up by 1GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating systems.
Apple signage has revealed white iPhone 4 launch in spring 2011, so that all of other rumors of white iPhone 4 launch date ends up. I think you remember that White iPhone 4 was initially supposed to come just after the launch of iPhone 4 but due to some issues Apple again and again delayed the launch date for the White iPhone 4 and after some months they announced that they would not launch White iPhone 4.
Although some people used the White iPhone 4 case made in Chine to have a feel of White iPhone 4 but still that is not the real deal.
 The Canadian mobile phone carrier, Virgin Mobile has announced a new Android base smartphone which is known as Samsung Galaxy 550.
The Samsung Galaxy 550 has been designed to run on Google’s Android 2.1 operating system and powered by 600MHz processor.
The 2.8-inch touchscreen display smartphone is equipped with a 2-megapixel camera. The salient features of the phone are listed on next page.
 Smartphone and electronics warranty provider SquareTrade recently shared its smartphone data in a report comparing the iPhone 4 with other mobile devices. In the study ,there were four months of data on the iPhone 4, eight months of data on Motorola and HTC Android devices, and one year of RIM BlackBerry data. The iPhone 4 led the group in reliability, with only 2.1 percent projected to have a non-accident malfunction in the first year of ownership.
SquareTrade estimates that the iPhone 4′s malfunction rate over a 12-month span was just 2.1%, the iPhone 4 is currently outperforming almost every other smartphone in terms of user satisfaction. So, despite all of the bad press the iPhone 4 has been getting, it looks like Apple fans and will always be Apple fans to play with iphone, and they can still enjoy dvd or video on iphone 4 easily through a dvd to iphone 4 converter, as long as with this powerful tool, we can play it at any time and any place.
On September 1st Apple launched iPod Touch 4G with Retina display and 720 p HD recording capabilities.
iphone 4 and ipad touch 4G are extreme and marvellous gadgets and still have some differences.
Apple’s iPod Touch 4G differs than iPhone 4 as it lacks phone and GPS features, and 5 megapixel camera.

 Today on 24 June 2010 Apple has launched iPhone 4 in 5 countries including France, Germany, Japan, UK and US. iphone fans come on the road and queue up on Apple store to celebrate the launch of new device in those countries and to grab the new iPhone 4.
According to BBC More than a thousand people have queued outside Apple’s flagship London store on launch day of the iPhone 4.
The phone went on sale at 0700 on 24 June and is smaller and lighter than the older 3GS version. Apple says the stainless steel body of the handset will act as an antenna and will help to improve reception of mobile signals. Some people started queuing outside the store on Regent Street 24 hours before the phone went on sale.

 PhD students of Penn State University conducted the screen pixel measurement test between iPhone 4 and iPhone 3G and send the microscopic screen test photos to Engadget.
The iPhone screen pixel measurement test revealed that iPhone 3Gdisplay is of 13 x 40 microns whereas iPhone 4 has 6.5 x 20 microns which is exactly four times than the previous model of device and proved the Apple’s claim right. The test prove that iphone 4 is certainly more advanced and better device then previous counterpart iphone 3G.
