After 11 months of ongoing development,Google Chrome for Macs and Linux is finally stable, moving out of the beta stage. The company even admitted that for the first few months the popular browser was extremely buggy and should only be used by more advanced users. Today, that is no longer an issue. According to Google the Chrome is the fastest web browser on the Mac right now.
The stable Chrome release includes a bundle of new features as: allows users to synchronize bookmarks across multiple computers, sync browser preferences — including themes, homepage and startup settings, web content settings, preferred languages, and even page zoom settings. Meanwhile, for avid extensions users, you can enable each extension to work in incognito mode through the extensions manager.”

The document editor as well as the spreadsheet editor has been refreshed to provide significant performance improvements. The document editor now offers real-time experience, which means that you can view character-by-character changes as collaborators make edits. Also new to the document editor is sidebar chat, which was previously available in the spreadsheet editor.
Google TV is announced at Google I/O 2010 event, which combines the web experience right on TV through your cable or satellite provider. Sony , logitech and intel will be Google partner in integrating the web with television. According to Google official blog:

Adobe has explained the Flash 10.1 for Android Foryo which is just announced at Google I/O 2010 and Foryo SDK is also released for developers.
FroYo, Android 2.2, is the next version of Android to be released. It’s a major update to the OS, and will run on many of the most recent Android devices. We’ll be looking at in more detail soon, but the features demonstrated on stage at IO make it clear that Google has set its sights firmly on Apple and the iPhone. As well as Flash and AIR support, there’s a new JVM with a JIT compiler that promises considerable speed up for existing apps and the arrival of Chrome’s V8 JavaScript engine.
Google is trying to bring the Web to your living room. Google has partnered with Intel and Sony to create a TV platform powered by Android.
The search engine giant plans next month to unveil a new software package to help developers better display the internet on TV sets, according to the Wall Street Journal, which quotes unnamed sources familiar with the announcement. Google TV, an android-based software platform, has drawn interest from TV makers, the Journal says. Google is expected to break the news at the Google’s I/O conference, which will be held May 19 and 20 in San Francisco, California, the newspaper reports. At the conference, Sony also will announce a TV that runs an Intel chip and Google’s software, Bloomberg reports.
While Google works to extend Street View to the inside of stores — at least according to rumor — for the time being they’ve released a handy utility for better browsing with Google Street View: local business annotations.
