Because the electronics that is contained in them triggers obvious movements that will make anyone watching crack up. Do it in an office environment and your workmates will probably stop by more often than usual, just to get that laugh. Or to feed their never ending fascination. And who knows, maybe your dog loving boss will give you that long overdue promotion.
